Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t make one of the calls?

The LIVE calls are all recorded so if you can’t make it on the day you can listen to the replay.

What technical stuff do I need?

You will need a laptop/pc, email, access to Zoom (which is free) and you will need to be able to access all the replays of our live sessions  which will be housed on my Thinkific membership site.

Instructions will be sent prior to the training so you can access the calls and information will also be in the private Facebook group.

Can I download the recordings to my own laptop?

The recordings will be in high definition and will be too big to download but you will have access to the training for the life of the programme in the Thinkific membership area. All you need to do is click on your link and you will have access to the material.  

Can you guarantee I will make sales from this programme?

There are no guarantees that this programme will work for you. Everyone I have worked with who has followed the process, attended the LIVE calls and done the work has sold more as a result. Everyone who is serious about getting to grips with sales and follows these processes sells. If you are not prepared to put in the work or think results will magically appear then this programme is not for you.

After the course has finished will I have access to the training?

You will have access to the training your have purchased for the life of the product. Future launches will have different bonuses and may potentially have different content and this will only be available to that specific cohort.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Am I allowed to share the trainings with my business colleague, friend or member of my family?

No, you are not allowed to share or give any of the trainings to anyone including family members. By signing up to Sales Mastery: Conversations that Convert you have purchased one license for yourself to use and you alone.

If I buy your programme but then change my mind do I get my money back?

In keeping with UK law you have 14 calendar days to cancel our contract under the terms of consumer contracts regulations.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you have signed up to the Sales Mastery: Conversations that Convert programme. After that time there is no refund. However, you should know that if you buy the programme and start using the services ie attend the calls, join the group the Facebook Group then the 14 days cooling off periods is rescinded under the terms of the consumer contracts regulation because you have started to use the service
