Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t make one of the calls?
The LIVE calls are all recorded so if you can’t make it on the day you can listen to the replay.
What technical stuff do I need?
You will need a laptop/pc, email, access to Zoom (which is free) and you will need to be able to access all the replays of our live sessions which will be housed in ourThinkific membership site.
Instructions will be sent prior to the training so you can access the calls.
Can I download the recordings to my own laptop?
All the recordings will be housed in the membership area of the Infinity 500 Club. For legal reasons, we can not allow members to download the material. Also, all the recordings will be in high definition and will be very big to download – for some people running an older computer it will not be possible. You will always have access to the trainings for the life of the membership and providing you remain a member.
Can you guarantee I will make sales from this membership?
There are no guarantees but people who follow the advice and do the work will become more visible to their dream clients, will build a brand people fall in love with and will attract clients – it is crucial that you do they work to make it happen. And when you have a problem you come and share it with us so we can help you to get it resolved.
If i leave infinity 500 club will i stll have access to the traininGS AND RECORDED SESSIONS?
Once you leave the Infinity 500 Club you will not have access to any of the material, trainings or recording including any of the bonuses.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. Infinity 500 Club (part of the Blueprint Group Practice Ltd) offers monthly payment plans so that you can effectively spread the cost of the programme over a period of time.

Am I allowed to share the trainings with my business colleague, friend or member of my family?
No, you are not allowed to share or give any of the trainings to anyone including family members. By signing up to infinity 500 Club you have purchased one license for yourself to use and you alone.
If I buy the infinity 500 club membership but then change my mind do I get my money back?
In keeping with UK law you have 14 calendar days to cancel our contract under the terms of consumer contracts regulations.
The cooling-off period starts the day after you have signed up to the Infinity 500 Club. After that time there is no refund. However, you should know that if you buy the programme and start using the services ie attend the calls, listen to the videos then the 14 days cooling-off period is rescinded under the terms of the consumer contracts regulation because you have started to use the service.
If you have opted for the monthly payment plan then you can cancel at any time but no refunds are given on previous payments.
If you have purchased the 3- or 4-month payment plan or paid in full then no refunds are issued as you would have received discounts other members may not have received and possibly bonuses as well.
I strongly recommend that you should not buy this membership unless you are serious about making a change to your business and putting in the work required to make it happen.
