REFUNDS

In keeping with UK law you have 14 calendar days to cancel your registration under the terms of consumer contracts regulations.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you purchased your ticket. This grace period is established to afford you the opportunity to reconsider your decision in the event that you believe an error has been made or in case you were previously unaware of any scheduling conflicts, such as those arising from a trip or an unexpected vacation.

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has elapsed, we are obligated to remit payment to the hotel on your behalf. Regrettably, under such circumstances, the hotel’s refund policy does not permit us to obtain reimbursement, rendering us unable to facilitate any form of monetary restitution.

It is important to draw attention to an additional factor: As of 2020, PayPal has implemented alterations to its terms and conditions. Consequently, once your fee has been processed by PayPal, they do not refund their service fee. This policy remains in effect even if an immediate refund is requested, as PayPal has duly fulfilled its obligations in processing your order. We also charge a £60 administration fee on top of the PayPal fee.

Transfers

In the event that circumstances render your attendance at the conference unfeasible, the option to transfer your ticket to a substitute individual is available, subject to a requisite approval by the Blueprint Group Practice. It is essential to underscore that our prerogative remains intact, affording us the discretion to withhold entry to any person we deem unsuitable.

It is pertinent to clarify that the responsibility of identifying prospective transferees or buyers for your ticket rests solely with the concerned party. It is imperative to acknowledge that our operational capacity, as a modestly-sized team, does not encompass the facilitation of the aforementioned matchmaking, reselling, or transfer assistance of tickets.
